Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses on behalf of clients with the objective of setting up sales appointments. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home, with extensive online support and interaction with the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify needs and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team based on established criteria and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise strategies and achieve targets.

You will need:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not required.
