Client perspective: A quick and effective but short-term staffing solution typically to cope with an unforeseen event.
Contract recruitment
Candidate perspective: Like a permanent job but with a defined end date. This can suit workers not already in a permanent position, who want to gain more experience or who enjoy the flexibility of contract work.

Temporary to permanent recruitment
Candidate perspective: Work opportunities when someone is looking for a permanent role but due to their circumstances can start immediately. This type of role will allow a worker to start earning money immediately, and if successful gain a permanent position.
Client perspective: A quick and effective permanent staffing solution but choosing to see their recruit in action as opposed to evaluating them through the more formal interview process. The dynamic nature of this type of recruitment is highly popular as an alternative to relying on a formal interview process.
The downside to this type of recruitment is a reduced candidate pool compared to a straight permanent search.
Permanent recruitment
Candidate perspective: Traditional permanent recruitment is attractive to all workers, who maybe free immediately, engaged in temporary work or in a permanent position.
Client perspective: Used to fulfill a permanent recruitment need in their business and conduct one to one interviews prior to selecting the best candidate. Whilst a slower process, straight permanent recruitment has the advantage of generating the biggest pool of potential candidates to choose from.
