Customer Support Advisor
Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the Office)
£22,000 to £25,000 DOE
Full Time, Monday to Friday

They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide a first class, efficient & professional support service, maintaining the high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with client queries via email and telephone
- Responding to client queries and taking ownership of any issues
- Completing administrative tasks via their website and portal
- Ensuring all queries and support tickets are responded to within the SLA
Key Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate experience within a customer support role
- Tech savvy with good level of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Super organised with a strong attention to detail
