German Speaking  Account Co-ordinator

Office based role - Monday -Friday 8.30am  -5pm

Salary - between £28,000-£33,000 per annum

Do you speak fluent German and have you got experience within an office based customer service role?  If yes then this role maye be just for you!

Our client is looking for an  experienced and reliable Internal Sales/Customer Service person to help in the European sales office.

You will be responsible for liaising with EOuropean Customers, predominantly in Germany, and internal departments in UK and USA to ensure efficient transition from initial contact to product delivery.

This includes:

  • Compiling pricing and preparing Quotations
  • Customer drawing and specification review
  • Quote follow up.
  • Contract review.
  • Order entry.
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Logistics support
  • Maintaining professional customer contact by email or phone
  • Adherence to all company policies, procedures ensuring that all processes and procedures comply with operational and statutory requirements.
  • Be vigilant of deficiencies in business operations and pass on any unresolved or continuing issues and recommendations to the Inside Sales Manager
  • Carry out any other duties necessary with a willingness to be flexible with working hours to respond to the needs of the company.
  • Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time.
  • Undertake training consistent with developing skills relevant to those duties and responsibilities of the role.

Experience required:

  • Worked in a Business-to-business office based sales environment
  • Internal Sales and Customer Service experience essential.
  • German Speaking to at Business level 
  • Organised, analytical and detailed approach to your work.
  • Accurate order & data entry skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively & efficiently with customers, representatives and colleagues, inspiring confidence at multiple levels
