Sales/Lettings Negotiator
Central Milton Keynes
OTE 35,000 (basic salary plus commission)
Office Based, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, Plus Every Other Saturday
Must be a Car Driver

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers/tenants
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs
• Conduct inventories and property valuations
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and colleagues
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Must have your own car and a valid driver's license
• Previous experience in sales/lettings or customer service is desirable
