Inbound Telephone Based Advisor role Are you currently working in retail and looking for an office based role? Are you great with customers and able to upsell products? During your activities, you should endeavour to maximise opportunities from marketing expenditure and work within budgets. Joining this fast-paced organisation in this role will offer the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of marketing, working with the sales and technical teams and looking after the overall brand of the business. It is a very hands-on role. My client is a well established global company based in Milton Keynes, and are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive Team Leader to join their rapidly expanding team.   The BDE Team Leader is primarily responsible for selling products and services to new and existing customers across a defined product suite.  This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers, to position how products and services can enable organisations to improve and manage the sales process.  The BDE Team Leader is also responsible for supporting the Telesales Manager/Management team in the day-to-day coordination, development and supervision of the BDE team, as well as becoming a technical expert for the team.   About the role Proactively network with existing customers to sell additional products Deputise for Telesales Manager in their absence Manages available resources in area of responsibility to meet or exceed sales team targets Analyse sales reports to correct differences between sales forecast and actual sales revenues Completes regularly scheduled performance reviews to maintain sales performance where failing to meet expectations.
