The post holder will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our client’s existing and potential customers; dealing with opportunities, queries and providing commercial and product information.  You would contribute to the company’s sales growth by developing relationships with customers to support our innovative client’s growth strategy.    Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: To develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers to support both new business development and existing customer commercial development through verbal and written communications. To agree a customer outreach programme with the National Sales Manager and execute this to support the client’s growth strategy. To control and administer the company’s CRM system, making enhancements as required to support customer relationship and sales activities. To establish and maintain product knowledge so as to be able to confidently deal with customer queries and to advise customers of the relevance of products to their needs. To gain understanding of customer issues so as to be able to diagnose issues and opportunities engaging / working with the sales, marketing or technical team to reach appropriate solutions to manage the appropriate action. To develop and manage analytical and reporting programmes for company management team.
