Customer Service AdministratorOlney£20,000 to £22,000Role:You will be supporting major clients in relation to new installations, services and repairs. You will be liaising with clients and engineers to manage requests for engineer site visits. You will be required to plan engineers' diaries, respond to all internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner and where necessary take accurate messages.
