While the team are all tasked with their own sales targets to achieve, at Ascendant Recruitment we also take customer service very seriously and take steps to recognise and reward those consultants who demonstrate exceptional levels of service. We never take our customers for granted and we know that our clients and candidates will only return to us and recommend us to others if we keep delighting them again and again.
In March 2016 we set up an internal reward to recognise Ascendant Recruitment’s Customer Service Champions. Each month our marketing team reviews all the feedback received from candidates with MD Nick Peacock and select the very best. The winner for the month receives a £20 Amazon voucher.
At the end of the year, we look at all the winning reviews from the year and select an overall winner. We also give a second award to the consultant who has achieved the highest number of candidate testimonials. The prizes are as follows:
Best overall review: £100, a bottle of champagne and birthday as annual leave
Highest number of reviews: £150, a bottle of champagne and birthday as annual leave
Congratulations to James, Sascha and David, our 2016 Customer Service Champions! With a whopping 18 recommendations, James took the award for most candidate testimonials and won £150, a bottle of champagne and an extra day’s annual leave.
The ‘Best Testimonial’ prize was tougher to call, so it ended up being split between Sascha and David. They both received some exceptional feedback from their candidates after going the extra mile to provide an excellent service. They each won £50, a bottle of champagne and an extra half day of annual leave.
