Marketing Manager
£25,000

Full time, permanent role. Salary up to £25,000 per annum.   The Business Our Milton Keynes based client has ambitious plans for growth to double the current turnover in the next 2 years! With an entrepreneurial culture, everyone has a real impact on the success of the business and close teamwork with open communication is key. The Role Develop sound marketing and communications plans for each brand with quarterly and yearly reviews Develop brand communications guidelines and ensure these are adhered to in every aspect of the business Produce written materials including artwork, media and online content, press releases and other product information material Proof reading of written materials Manage press and media communications and arrange press events Monitor and log press, media and online coverage Manage and ensure all company websites are up to date and optimized Event planning and management in collaborations with the sales team Market research to compare industry standard and latest trends Produce new business presentations for Business Development Management. Monitor online reviews, listings and blog posts and react in a timely manner Develop new ideas and initiatives for events and campaigns in collaboration with the operations and sales teams Coordinate all printing of collateral marketing materials and ensure correct display on site and in any media Person specification Relevant Marketing Qualification Excellent people skills, with an infectious enthusiasm for engaging with children and young people Great writing and editing skills The ability to use initiative and possess strong decision making abilities Good understanding of the composition of artworks and different printing and digital formats A creative thinker Diplomatic with great interpersonal skills Manage well under pressure and with tight deadlines Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office (power point, excel)   As a result of the volume of applicants we receive we will be unable to respond to each of you. Assistant Brand Manager
Circa £25,000

With an entrepreneurial culture, everyone has a real impact on the success of the business and close teamwork with open communication is key.   The Role They are looking for a zealous Assistant Brand Manager to support the Marketing department. You will help develop & implement effective brand-building strategies as well as providing day to day marketing support. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the successful candidate will benefit from varied marketing responsibilities within this small but fast moving company. This is a new role to support the Marketing Department in their day to day activities as the business undergoes rapid growth. Marketing Account Manager - Creative and Digital Agency £25,000 - £35,000 Milton Keynes   You will be responsible for the marketing for your own set of clients, devising and implementing multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms. You should be organised, analytical, creative, hard-working and versatile.
