Help Desk Customer Service Advisor

£18,000

Are you technically savvy? Are you the person who friends ask when they have a problem with their phone? Can you speak German? If so I would love to hear from you.

My client is looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to support their customers with techical queries. Their customers' are retailers and therefore provide the support they require across shift patterns. These are as follows:

- Day Shifts - 3 weeks of day shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm

- Evening Shift - 1 week in 4, 3pm to 11pm

- Alternate weekends working EITHER Saturday or Sunday.
