Customer Service Advisor

Salary £18,000

Wellingborough

My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support their customers with technical queries. Their customers are retailers who are calling in with queries regarding their EPOS systems/Hand Held Terminals. You will be helping them resolve the issues via scripted questions to determine the fault.

The role involves:

  • Inbound telephone support to customers
  • Ordering stock on behalf of clients and arranging deliveries
  • Problem solving
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure customers receive the best service possible

As you are supporting retailers you will be required to work across the SHIFT PATTERNS below:

Weeks 1 and 2: 8am to 4pm

Weeks 3 and 4: 9am to 5pm

Weeks 5 and 6: 10am to 6pm

One week in 7: 3pm to 11pm

- Alternate weekends working EITHER Saturday or Sunday.
