Systems Analyst

£40,000 - £50,000

Olney

My client is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to manage internal systems, facilitate seamless processes and assist the Financial Director in data analysis.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage internal systems and act as key contact for system providers
  • Manage system changes without interrupting user interaction
  • Develop a portal for both internal and external users
  • Project manage systems integration
  • Provide support and training to system users
  • Design, create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies
  • Understand user needs and create bespoke reports
  • Analyze data through regular monitoring of system and data flows
  • Understand the field service management systems and assist with data analysis
  • Create automated integration between systems to enable data transfers
  • Assist the Finance Director with any other data analysis and make recommendations on internal improvements.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of managing CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Experience of managing field service systems, ideally ServiceMax
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Experience of managing ERP systems,
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye for detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in creating automated links between systems
  • Strong communicator at all levels
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Quality Engineer
