Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

  • Main point of contact and support for Area Managers
  • Coordinate and take part in designing and collating the quotes
  • Start to finish support in relation to tenders
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system
  • Write up the final quotes using the ERP system, ensuring accurate cost and sales prices are inputted
  • Process orders of equipment to suppliers
  • Source 3rd party prices for projects
  • Meet tight deadlines

Skills and Abilities of the Sales Support Coordinator

  • A team player and a good listener
  • Intermediate user in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Structured and accurate (accurate data input skills)
  • Autonomous with excellent project management skills
  • Experienced in pricing and calculating margins
  • Accommodating, assertive, and with a positive attitude
