Sales Coordinator

Permanent

£24,000 - £28,000 DOE

Milton Keynes

We are looking for an organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to ensure the smooth communication and services for our customers.

You will be an excellent administrator with a focus on high levels of customer service and be able to manage changing priorities. You will be confident to talk to customers about products and services.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

  • Receive and process orders in a timely manner
  • Follow up any queries relating to orders; prioritise urgent orders appropriately
  • Own and co-ordinate marketing promo campaigns
  • Receive and respond to general enquiries by phone, email and web contact
  • Manage and update pricing as required
  • Manage details and content of online resellers
  • General product enquiries relating to key specifications and general selling benefits
  • Review and respond to any complaints accordingly, resolving swiftly
  • Manage customer database using SAP/DESK
  • Update customer and prospect information
  • Provide reporting on a regular basis
  • Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks
  • Provide support and set up of meetings

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration role
  • Experience of SAP would be desirable
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Can demonstrate outstanding organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexible / adaptable approach to new tasks
  • Able to communicate in a clear, concise style
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible
