Scheduler

Permanent

Salary up to £21,000 PA

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and organised individual to join a busy servicing team. This important role requires accurately planning time, problem solving and providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing schedules and organising the workload throughout the day
Resolve any customer queries and problems
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Providing a first class service at all times
General administration

We are looking for someone with:

Proven administration and coordination experience
Strong sense of customer focus with excellent communication skills
Sense of urgency along with a 'can do' attitude
Enthusiast, flexible and adaptable
Able to follow processes and IT literate, specifically: MS Word and MS Excel
Structured and organised
Proactive and takes ownership of tasks
Able to think outside the box and devise plans of action
