Customer Service Administrator

Temporary to (perm)

£8.41 per hour plus holiday pay

We are assisting our client in the recruitment of an organised, customer focussed administrator. As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing first class service to all customers whilst staying on top of the coordination of the activates relating to the repair of the customers vehicle.

This role is offered on a temporary basis with a view to being made permanent at a salary of £17,500 pa. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to email and telephone queries from customer and suppliers in agreed timescale
  • Request information you require from customers to progress query
  • Complete courtesy calls to ensure that all requirements have been met
  • Update online portals to ensure our suppliers are kept up-to-date with the latest status
  • To make any necessary arrangements on behalf of the customers
  • Provide reports as requested
  • To ensure that all processes and procedures are followed and communicated to the relevant departments
  • To share and create a best practice environment within the business.
  • General administrative tasks to support your role

Our Customer Service Administrator needs to have:

  • An excellent telephone manner and a real desire to help
  • A clear and strong communicator with excellent questioning and listening skills
  • Ability to empathise and show care & consideration to customers
  • Excellent administration skills, proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of the importance of accurately recording information
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload
