Senior HR Advisor

Up to £27,000 – FTC, Until the end of August 2017

Rushden

 

My successful client located in Rushden are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor, this is a fixed term contract until the end of August 2017.

 

The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that the day to day activities are managed within the agreed SLA.

 

You will be the first point of contact for the team, providing guidance and support where required - Customer escalations and queries are also a key part of the role.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Build strong working relationships inside and outside of the team to provide support and maximise performance.
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure that they fully understand the correct ways of working.
  • Manage the Quality Checking and tracking process to ensure standards in accuracy are improved.
  • Use resources efficiently and effectively to meet goals, targets and service level agreements.
  • Support the demand of the telephony calls coming into the system and ensure that abandon calls are kept to a minimum as specified in the performance targets of the team.
  • Drive service standards within the team.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both on the phone and in written form.
  • Will be required to cover for the HR Team Leader in his/her absence 

Key Skills and Qualifications:
