Regulatory Policy Executive

12 Month FTC

Milton Keynes

This is an opportunity to work in a fantastic, professional organisation that offers a rewarding working environment in Central Milton Keynes.

It is essential that you have worked within a regulated environment and be a super organised individual, not shying away from detail and accuracy. You will be providing support to two Policy Managers and have a good level of understanding of the regulatory needs of the organisation.

The ideal person will come with a can-do attitude and be confident and capable of managing small individual projects and exposure to research within a regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Key administrative duties around processing customer information and applications
  • Drafting, editing and coordinating regulatory documents and bulletins
  • Responding to regulatory queries in an efficient, accurate representation of policy
  • Arranging meeting venues, agendas, presentations, documentation and minute taking
  • Administration and editing of website
  • Able to receive, prioritise and communicate workload

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of working within a regulated environment
  • Extremely organised, professional and an appreciation for detail
  • IT proficient in MS Office
  • Able to pick up systems and processes
  • Able to work accurately still managing deadlines
  • Able to research and translate policy and compose responses
  • Empathetic and able to convey responses considerately
