We have a rare part time opportunity for an experienced marketing professional. Working 3 (circa 25 hours) days per week for a successful, independent business in Milton Keynes

You will have responsibilities across all aspects of marketing to achieve company objectives, increase market share and drive the brand image as well as managing the day to day running of the marketing department.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • To develop and implement a structured marketing plan that addresses the business needs and maximises revenues
  • Support the management of the marketing team of two, providing direction and enthusiasm
  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of an annual tactical marketing plan addressing business needs across retail, wholesale, export, digital and PR channels.
  • Overseeing the on-going development of the websites
    Developing a clear and consistent communications plan that achieves engagement
  • Implementing a measurement and tracking system to benchmark performance and quality against all activities and outputs of the marketing team
  • Manage and co-ordinate marketing collateral to include all product packaging and print, digital, social media and PR campaigns

We are looking for someone with:

You will have successfully led marketing teams in your previous roles and overall we're looking for the characteristics and values that are needed to build brands, business and teams.

Able to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation and creativity, focus on delivery to customers and demonstrate high integrity.

This role calls for a person who has the breadth of experience and expertise to confidently take on and excel in a role that has a broad span of brand, communications and management responsibilities.

You will have a minimum of five years marketing communications experience and be well established in your profession. You will have proven abilities demonstrated by real achievements in building a recognised brand and supporting profitable business growth which may have been gained with either client or agency.
