We have an opportunity for an experienced and methodical administrator to provide additional support to our client at a busy time. Working within a small team, you will provide general administrative support in addition to accurately processing key customer orders.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Handle incoming calls and customer queries
  • Process sales orders and returns
  • Provide support the sales team
  • Carry out day to day administrative duties
  • Ensure work is carried out to company protocol
  • Manage and review status of orders
  • Administer documentation

We are looking for someone with:

  • Solid, accurate administrative skills
  • IT literate, including Excel
  • Approachable and keen to support the team
  • Able to communicate well within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible
