As the Operations Administration Assistant you will be providing support to the Product Manager. The role of Operations Administration Assistant encompasses both customer service and purchasing administration.

To be the Operations Administration Assistant you will need to be extremely organised, process driven and be competent to working to deadlines in this busy and varied role.

The Role:

  • Raising quotes, including calculating margins
  • Processing of the import of products and materials
  • Monitoring stock levels and sourcing materials
  • Processing of purchase related documentation
  • Acting as a main point of contact for supplier queries

Our Operations Administration Assistant needs to have…

  • Worked in a busy office environment and can multi-task
  • The expertise to pick up systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail, even under pressure
  • Experience working with pricing and or margins/uplifts, ideally
  • Patience and understands the differences in culture

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
