My client is looking for a temporary administrator to support their team and start as soon as possible.

The Office Administrator will be providing the team with general administration support which will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and putting them through to the correct person
  • Processing customer orders
  • Creating and dealing with invoices
  • Administrative duties such as filing and scanning

The Office Administrator will have:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Experience in administration
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great attitude who is just happy to help
