Northampton

Temp to Perm

£8.72 per hour (Equivalent to £17k PA)

Monday - Friday

8.30am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Our award winning client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to their large and dynamic team. Full training will be provided; you will have the opportunity to gain qualifications through training. This is an immediate start and will lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

About the role:

  • Answering and managing telephone calls from customers, ensuring calls are answered promptly, professionally and in a timely manner
  • Investigating queries from customers and resolving issues
  • Engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service
  • Responding and replying to telephone and email queries
  • Taking inbound calls and providing assistance
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and advising with regards to current legislation
  • Maintaining accurate customer records

In order to be successful in the role of Office Administrator role you must:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work to deadlines
