Receptionist

Up to £16,000

My successful client is currently seeking a Receptionist. To start immediacy, the role includes answering of all incoming calls, transferring through to the relevant person, and taking accurate messages. Identifying and ensuring various needs of the company are met whilst ensuring a smooth and professional day to day business operation.

The duties will include:

  • Inbound calls: taking customer information / distributing new sales leads

  • Outbound calls to customers: taking payments over the phone via credit/debit card, requesting additional information, taking basic details of finance requirements

  • Outbound calls to lenders/banks: requesting updates, general queries and support questions

  • Typing Financial Proposals

  • Using various online systems to submit finance applications

  • Updating CRM System

  • Filing Client information

  • Raising and paying invoices

  • Ordering of Office Stationary

Qualifications, Skills and attributes

 

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

  • Drving license required

  • Self-motivation and initiative

  • Excellent Time management

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work are a must

  • Excellent organisation and an attention to detail

  • Literacy, numeracy and IT skills (minimum to GCSE level)

  • Good business sense

  • Excellent attention to detail
