Receptionist Role 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Monday - Friday (40 hrs per week)

Northampton

£8.97 per hour (£8.00 hourly rate, plus £0.97 holiday pay per hour)

Are you able to start immediately for this new temporary vacancy that's become available?! As the first point of contact for clients (new and existing) you will have a friendly and outgoing manner and first class communication skills. This role is challenging - both in terms of pace, and the range of knowledge required, and the ability to stay calm under pressure will be key to success.

Attention to detail is also important as complex processes/issues will often need to be worked through to ensure procedures are followed correctly and clients remain well informed and happy. Resilience is a must, as occasionally things may not go to plan! Our friendly team will offer support and training to the successful candidate.
