Due to continuous growth and development, Ascendant Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a proven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, supportive team in Northampton.

 

About You:

With previous experience in a fast paced recruitment role and a comprehensive knowledge of the IT sector, you’ll be a positive, dynamic and focused self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

You’ll be tenacious with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. You’ll also be flexible, accurate and focused on delivering a quality recruitment service for your clients and candidates.

Resilience, a hardworking attitude and outstanding customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to source the very best passive candidates.

You’ll be passionate about developing your industry expertise and keeping abreast of the latest advancements in your sector, whilst upholding our strong company values and furthering the reputation of Ascendant Recruitment with clients and candidates alike.

The ability to guide, manage and develop other consultants is essential as you will be given the opportunity to build a specialist team around you. Oh, and a great sense of humour would be helpful too!
