Permanent, full time role. Salary up to £23,000 dependent on experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for customer-focused administrator to join a busy Supply Chain department within a Manufacturing company based in Northampton. 

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • To take ownership and responsibility for the preparation of the daily and weekly collection schedules.
  • Assist and support the Transport Co-ordinator in the planning and review of the collection schedule.
  • Support the Transport Co-ordinator to ensure all customer deliveries and collections are delivered in to the final location, chasing and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maximisation of collection and delivery vehicle fills, to minimise transport costs.
  • Investigating supplier queries in a timely manner, chasing and communicating to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service which gives priority to exceeding the needs of customers whilst demonstrating and promoting a customer focussed approach.

 

If you have strong customer service and admin experience (ideally within a Logistics/Supply environment), high attention to detail and experience using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook, please apply today!!

My client is looking for an experience Administrator to support their Payroll department.  Permanent/ Full time Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Responsibilities: Print and dispatch all payslip’s, e–payslips, P45’s and P60’s Submit P45’s and P60’s to THE relevant tax office at the end of the month Manually calculate employee’s tax, National Insurance, Student Loan and Pension deductions Run and send all first run payroll analysis Download data from the portal and import into the payroll system ready for processing Ensure that any non-collection of client funds is communicated and collected as quickly as possible Ensure the monthly Pension files are paid, reconciled and funds have been collected, allocated and managed correctly Skills required: Ability to work to tight deadlines Good written, oral and presentational skills Team worker Commitment in providing a quality service Demonstrate high standard of integrity, confidentiality and discretion  Please apply today!   Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is not always possible to get back to you within 24 hours. Risk Analytics Manager £60000-£75000 Northampton   Have you got experience managing and developing a small analytics team? Have you got a strong problem solving ability and a high level of PC literacy? Yes? Then this could be the role for you! Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: •Enhance the model development team capability including project and people management •Identify opportunities for risk models to support our client’s strategic objectives •Development of risk models across corporate, commercial and retail banking portfolios employing relevant statistical techniques and software •Monitor model performance, communicate findings to stakeholders and take ownership of any model improvement plans •Work with business stakeholders to integrate new models and ensure optimal returns for modelling   Candidate Specification:   The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: •Experience in managing and developing a small analytics team •Proven ability to articulate and document technical concepts and analysis required for credit model delivery •Experience communicating complex material to a non-technical or senior management audience •Strong problem solving ability and demonstrated delivery of innovative solutions using data and technology •Experience in similar role developing credit models on retail or non-retail portfolios •Ability to work effectively with others to solve a range of analytic problems pragmatically   Minimum Criteria: •Minimum 2.1 degree from a Mathematics / Statistics / Physics / Economics or related subject •Minimum of 3 years of credit model development technical experience with project, people and stakeholder coordination •Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Credit Risk roles •Proven quantitative ability with experience applying different modelling techniques •High level of PC literacy, including extensive experience using SAS for model development Extensive experience working with data, analysing and making recommendations If you think you have what it takes, get in touch to do!
