Permanent

£20,500 per annum

Monday - Friday

11am-8pm

Northampton

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that a first class service at all times.
  • Ensure that quote pricing is accurate.
  • Responsible for communication cascades throughout operations.
  • Implement methods of improvement to optimise the operation.
  • Work to tight deadlines and interface with customers to ensure a first class customer experience is maintained.
  • Where applicable, check invoices for accuracy against agreed rates, T&Cs and SLAs.
  • Ensure that all supporting documentation is accurate and signed off correctly.
  • Assist in providing a prompt and effective reception/telephone answering/message service for the company, dealing politely and efficiently with customers and other employees, as required.
  • Assist in providing an effective customer collection service for customers who choose to collect parcels from the depot reception
