Customer Service Administrator

£11.54 per hour/ £21,000 PA

Brackmills, Northampton

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week.

The role involves responding to all inbound enquiries in a prompt, efficient and helpful manner and within agreed service levels. To be successful in this role, it's essential that the successful candidate has the following:

  • Intermediate using Excel
  • Good spelling and grammar
  • Demonstrable customer service experience and a good telephone manner

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Providing information, support and feedback as required and delivering world class service
  • Developing, inspiring and championing our supporters in order to maximise income and loyalty through developing and improving the supporter experience.
  • Conducting outbound communications by telephone, email and post to increase awareness, donations and engagement.

To be successful in the position of Customer Service Administrator you will need:

  • Have demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in processing data efficiently and accurately
  • Be the main contact for queries with a good telephone manner and the ability to listen and engage with the public
  • Be a good communicator that can work closely with the wider teams and meet deadlines
  • Work as part of a team that champions excellent customer experience

This busy role requires some who works with a high level of attention to detail and thrives in a pressurised environment.
