Basic salary £23,500 + car + commission

Job description

Full time, permanent role. Basic salary £23,500 + company car and commission.

 

It is an exciting time for a very well-known Milton Keynes based company as they launch new products and move into the Industrial Cleaning industry!

 

As a Technical Sales Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with distributors and larger end users
  • Booking meetings with distributors and retail stores
  • Attending meetings and demonstrating products
  • Giving presentations explaining features and benefits of products

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel nationally, with some over night stays possible.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have good people skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Have the ability to generate own leads and book appointments
  • Sales experience - technical sales preferential
  • Experience giving demonstrations/presentations to clients

Account Manager £22-£24k + bonus Full-time Milton Keynes Are you passionate about customer service with proven customer service and sales skills? Do you have excellent problem solving skills and good team working skills? You could be just the person our client is looking for! The post holder will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our client’s existing and potential customers; dealing with opportunities, queries and providing commercial and product information.  You would contribute to the company’s sales growth by developing relationships with customers to support our innovative client’s growth strategy.    Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: To develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers to support both new business development and existing customer commercial development through verbal and written communications. To agree a customer outreach programme with the National Sales Manager and execute this to support the client’s growth strategy. To control and administer the company’s CRM system, making enhancements as required to support customer relationship and sales activities. To establish and maintain product knowledge so as to be able to confidently deal with customer queries and to advise customers of the relevance of products to their needs. To gain understanding of customer issues so as to be able to diagnose issues and opportunities engaging / working with the sales, marketing or technical team to reach appropriate solutions to manage the appropriate action. To develop and manage analytical and reporting programmes for company management team. To provide support and cover to the CSS Team, in the event of Sickness or Holiday cover, or through identified special and supportive requirements. Person specification: Essential: Must have telesales experience Good commercial understanding and sensitivity. Analytical ability to identify customers for outreach, and commercial enhancement Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers Enthusiastic personality that can convey well.
