Milton Keynes

We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Professional to join an internationally renowned Milton Keynes company. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a position within this progressive company.

You will be responsible for the planning, management, implementation, execution and coordination of E-Commerce and digital marketing activities for all brands to drive increase the consumer/end-user awareness and ultimately sales pull through.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with brand marketing and sales team on development, administration and management of online sell-in marketing assets.
  • Takes UK leadership role in communicating strategy and responsible for execution
  • Proactively leads, collaborates, contributes and monitors budgets, forecasts, plans, programs, measures of success, and ROI relative to E-Commerce and digital marketing.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the UK website, delivering against KPIs
  • Responsible for coordinating with sales leaders and key customer vendor management teams to gain understanding and alignment on marketing plans.
  • Be a general E-Commerce expert. Sets up E-Commerce retailer/distributor specific ads and promotions, ensures SEO optimization and content integrity.
  • Responsible for the back-end management of E-Commerce publishing, digital reporting and engagement tools for data analysis, and associated Marketing Technology/tools.
  • Responsible for the development, distribution/publication of content
  • Regular liaison with US and EIMEA Digital Marketing Team to share best practice and ensure consistent way of working.
  • Perform other related activities as needed to support corporate objectives.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proficient knowledge of all e commerce marketplaces including Amazon
  • Broad knowledge of marketing principles and practices and brand strategy
  • Broad knowledge of advertising, consumer promotion, packaging, and general digital strategies
  • Ability to independently develop and present business reviews
  • Knowledge of IP and brand protection and regulations
  • Understands financial management and reporting
  • Ability to provide strategic direction, develop creative briefs, and deliver appropriate levels of critical feedback
  • Strong organisation, planning, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Analytical and a problem solver
  • Effective presentation skills in-person and through the use of technology platforms
  • Operational knowledge of one or more Content Management Systems (CMS), preferred Advanced knowledge of one or more SAAS Systems (e.g., E-Commerce, social media publishing and/or monitoring, CRM, content management, accounting, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Elements (PSE) or other graphics programs, Adobe suite, Mobile applications. Basic HTML, etc., is a plus
  • Competent creative/copywriting and editing skills

Working for an internationally renowned brand in their UK office you must ensure that all tactical trade marketing activities are delivered on time and against agreed budget.
