This is an exciting, challenging and varied post working for a global business based in Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills, be super organised and have office based work experience.
Working within a team you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling verbal and written queries, complaints and internally escalated queries. You will verbally respond and log all enquiries accordingly. This role is varied and challenging where no two days will be the same.

This is NOT a call centre and full training will be provided. Progression within the organisation is possible for reliable and trustworthy individuals.
