Sales Order Processor

Job description

I am currently recruiting for a highly motivated client who are looking to recruit a sales order processor to help deal with there ever expanding client base.

You main job role is to ensure all customer service queries and order processing queries are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner. You must be computer literate and available immediately.

The main responsibilities will be;

  • Action telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Action emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Deal with all customer requests and queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Carry out full sales correspondent duties as required by the customer service manager or as appropriate.

This is NOT a call centre and full training will be provided. Progression within the organisation is possible for reliable and trustworthy individuals.
