Our client's are usually looking to recruit someone with previous front of house experience to join their busy team. You must have a professional telephone manner, proficient PC skills; ideally you will have your own transport or be able to get around the Silverstone area with ease. This role will suit an individual with a real enthusiasm for making customers feel welcome.

Risk Claims Administrator Temporary (to perm)£22,000 - £25,000 DOEMilton Keynes We require a well organised individual to support the claims management processes including measuring effectiveness of all claim handlers employed across all insurance programmes. This role is offered initially on a temporary ongoing basis with the view to the successful candidate being offered a permanent position. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Administer claim protocols under all programmes and monitor/direct claims appropriatelyProduce regular reports for follow up on any claims by managementPerforming regular Claim Audits to ensure best practice is followedMaintain a watch list of all global claims and liaise with insurer on updatesMaintain claims status registerHelp expedite claim resolution on larger claims and manage businesses' expectationAuthorise referrals of injured employee to Insurer rehabilitation programmeReview all monthly financial changes with ManagerMaintain Uninsured claims registerActively manage all claims recoveries from special fundsWork with insurer specialist teams on general updates (including Fraud)Keep updated to legal changes in claims environmentAdministration support to the wider team We are looking for someone with: Experience of working in an environment handling claimsGood understanding of claims landscape for decision-making and good judgementExcellent time management skills, ability to prioritise work activities and work under own initiativeGood Interpersonal skills, resourceful and adaptablePositive approach and resilient in the face of obstaclesExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Numerate with ability to understand and interpret data DesirableUsing Risk Management systems such as Risk Connect/Origami riskRelevant claims experience gained via internships and placements would be beneficialPrevious experience of working in a service industry.Graduates from any degree discipline or any Insurance industry qualification.
