Projects Assistant

£20,000 - £25,000

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm with one late evening until 7.30pm

To assist in supporting candidates through the revalidation process.

Key duties:

  • Co-ordinating all appraisals and updating calendars for the relevant attendees
  • Contacting appraisers for their availability, arranging payments and addressing any queries which may arise
  • Sourcing and booking venues for appraisal appointments
  • Supporting candidates in preparing for revalidation
  • Liaising with Marketing with regards to new literature to send out to candidates
  • Liaising with the GMC/NMC on new legislation which may affect our business

Skills required

  • Revalidation experience
  • Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well organised with strength in prioritising
