This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an exceptional company within the financial services sector. They are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work in their Milton Keynes team.

As the Project Coordinator, you are the support to this busy workflow. It’s a nice and varied role requiring strong organisational skills. You will be first point of contact and provide administration support for all projects.

The team work with some great clients and want someone who is passionate about what they do and want to provide quality support in all areas. It’s a great opportunity for the right person with lots of scope for development long term and a chance to really get stuck in.

To be considered you must have previous project administration experience preferable in a financial industry so you can hit the ground running. If you feel you hit the mark please apply now.

Paralegal12-month FTC£18,500 - £21,000Milton Keynes We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to join our client on a fixed term contract basis working to support to the team's employment tribunal litigation and immigration practices. As a valued member of the team you will be involved in maintaining client relationships as well as relationships with various chambers, contributing to business development, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of the practice. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supporting employment litigation, primarily in the employment tribunalCase management e.g. preparing hearing bundles, assisting with disclosure and drafting tribunal documentsProviding support with immigration matters including liaising with clients to gather documentation and information, drafting applications and supporting documentation, and maintaining filesAssisting with due diligence in relation to corporate transactionsProviding back up support to the wider department in the management of projectsAssisting with data subject access requestsBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsMaintaining and developing relationships with chambersContributing to business developmentFile management and invoicing where required We are looking for someone with: A qualification in law e.g. law degree / Graduate Diploma in LawPrevious experience in immigration, preferably focused on business immigrationKnowledge and understanding of paralegal work, obtained through work experience in a similar environment.Possesses the confidence to deal effectively with Partners and professionalsGood interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAble to prioritise and multi-task particularly when working under pressureAble to interact positively at all levels and a good team playerSelf-motivated with a methodical approach to workHardworking and enthusiastic approach to work; professional in outlook, attitude and appearanceExceptional proof-reader and legal research abilities If you feel you have what it takes, please apply today because we'd love to hear from you!
