Monday to Friday

 

Our busy client requires a Lettings Administrator to join their team based in Milton Keynes Central. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and will be confident within a busy, office based environment. All applicants must be IT literate and have experience with all MS software.

 

The key requirements will be:

  • To work closely with the Sales Team once lets have been agreed to ensure all paperwork is issued correctly
  • To deal with all incoming telephone and online enquiries in personable and professional manner
  • To be responsible for all data input
  • To have strong numerical skills and a high attention to detail
  • To report figures to the Managing Director
