To provide specialist support to external and internal customers. You will report to the Sales Manager and provide assistance to the whole division.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Processing orders received via various formats and monitor allocations
  • Liaising with the internal and external customers regarding bookings and scheduling deliveries
  • Dealing with delivery related issues and queries
  • Completion and maintenance of all company documentation and systems
  • Dealing with customer queries ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of the market to include an awareness of competitors and their products

 

Skill Requirements:

 

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Seeing all tasks through to completion
  • The ability to create strong commercial relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills
  • PC literate
