Customer Services Representative / Account Manager

Central Milton Keynes

£20,000 - £22,000

 

As the Customer Service Representative you main responsibility is to assist customers, and other internal departments, with questions, concerns and demands that arise regarding to their accounts and orders. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer incoming telephone calls to take and process orders
  • Assist customers with pricing, credits, invoices and terms
  • Investigate initial requests for returned items and complete appropriate returns paperwork in timely manner
  • Update requested delivery dates as necessary
  • Provide customers with all necessary information of available stock
  • Provide strong support for all sales representatives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

 

  • Proven sales administration/ order management / sales and logistics /key account management experience
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships with clients (i.e problem solving , account ownership, demonstrating financial awareness, identifying business opportunities and identifying ways to add value) whilst adhering to the companies' model values
  • Methodical approach to work: excellent coordination, prioritisation and multitasking skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic business culture
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable but not essential)
