    A well-known employer based in Milton Keynes currently has a number of temporary opportunities to provide customer support and scheduling for the next three months, with the possibility that it could lead to permanent jobs for the right candidates.

    This role will involve building rapport with customers, finding out what you can do to best help their business needs and scheduling a company representative to visit the customer on site. You must have:

    • A professional phone manner
    • Excellent admin and customer service skills
    • A background in finance or insurance would be advantageous
    • An organised approach to work
    • The ability to listen to customer needs and schedule the correct company representatives to visit them
