Customer Service Coordinator

To be responsible for the day to day administration within the customer service team throughout the life if a customer order.

Duties include:

  • Process customer orders
  • Efficiently deal with customer enquiries
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and the chamber of commerce
  • Preparation of specific shipping document such as country of origin certificates
  • Prepare quotations
