Customer Service Advisor

£16,500 + company bonus (available after a successful probation period)

 

 

As Customer Service Advisor you will be answering frontline customer service calls, emails and live chat enquiries providing information and resolving complaints all by providing high quality service to customers.

 

Duties will include:

  • Communicating effectively with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries
  • Provide information about products and services
  • To maintain correct customer information on in house systems

 

In order to fulfil this role you will need to be:

 

  • Proactive approach to resolving customer enquiries
  • Able to cope under pressure
  • Able to build rapport with customers
  • Articulate
  • Organised
  • Positive, enthusiastic, flexible and determined
