Customer Service Advisor

£16,000 - £17,500 depending on experience

Hours: Rolling shifts Monday to Sunday with some flexibility

We are looking for passionate Customer Service Advisors who will strive to go above and beyond for the customer. You’ll be in direct contact with the customer on a variation of queries via the telephone and by email. Some of the incoming enquiries will be to provide location or market details and others will require you to empathise with the customer in need and find them a solution.

 

You should be confident, hardworking, but also know how to have fun.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide great customer support
  • Find clear and concise resolutions
  • Document all client interactions promptly and accurately
  • Follow up on resolutions with emails and/or callbacks
  • Respond promptly to emails and voicemails from external and internal clients
  • Prepare and issue resolution letters and coupons on behalf of clients

  • Full training will be provided
  • Availability for shifts between 8am - 11pm Monday to Sunday is required. Typical hours are usually 8am – 4pm, 11am to 7pm or 3pm to 11pm. These are flexible if required and part time from 6pm to 11pm is also an option.
