Personal Assistant

Temporary

£12 per hour

Dependent on experience

Milton Keynes

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Briefing the CEO for meetings and replying on his behalf where necessary
  • Managing, answering calls, emails and correspondence
  • Booking appointments
  • Attending and taking minutes at meetings
  • Attending fundraising events
  • Organising internal staff events
  • Meeting and welcoming visitors
  • Various other ad hoc duties where required

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Happy and confident working at a senior level
  • Professional attitude, able to talk to people from all walks of life
  • Discreet, empathetic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Understands the importance for confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid IT skills and comfortable with the MS package
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Scrupulous attention to detail.
