Graduate IT Technician Hertfordshire £20,000 £25,000 circa A well-established contractor is looking to appoint a Graduate IT Technician to help support the IT consultant and local offices within the organisation. You will ideally be a recent graduate and must demonstrate a clear understanding of the IT support function and preferably have studied an IT related subject in further education, or have experience working in the IT support industry. You will be interacting with users directly so it’s essential to have good communication skills. A professional approach is essential to the work which is often demanding and time-sensitive.
