As an HR generalist, the HRBP will work with the Senior HR Business Partner and operate as a key member of the HR team.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide HR expertise to develop and manage TUPE and projects
  • Contribute to the development of people strategy, talent management and group business plans
  • Support managers in enhancing business performance through improving the performance, capability and motivation of their people
  • Support the development and implementation of professional people management policies, capabilities and practices
  • Support business change programmes, and identify and disseminate HR best practice

We are looking for someone that:

  • Has experience of operating as a HR generalist
  • Has experience of running medium to large scale TUPE projects, including supporting employee and union consultation
  • Up- to- date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Can deliver successful change management programmes and understands the importance of engaging managers and employees in the change.
  • Has knowledge of implementing, measuring and communicating progress on an employee engagement strategy
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to argue persuasively and influence others
  • Has the ability to handle difficult situations involving employee relationships and can solve problems in creative, practical ways
  • It would be desirable to have a MCIPD or relevant business qualification

HR Business PartnerFTC 6 months£34,000 per annum (circa)Hanslope You will need to provide HR expertise input into the development of Group business plans; support managers in enhancing business performance through improving the performance, capability and motivation of their people.
