(Purchase ledger)

9 - 12 month FTC

Milton Keynes

£20,000

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a purchase ledger clerk and enjoy processing on invoices.

You may have experience in invoicing or you may have an interest in finance and studying towards your AAT and be looking for some more experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing around 100 invoices per day,
  • Using SAP to update information accurately.
  • Confident Excel user
  • Matching invoices and delivery notes on a daily basis
  • Printing invoices
  • Filing
  • Managing emails
  • Managing queries

You must have proven administrative and organisational skills as well as having excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
