£27,000 - £29,000 plus bonus

Milton Keynes

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Retail Marketing Executive to champion core products in the retail sector. Working alongside the wider marketing team and UK sales team to develop, implement & coordinate channel plans across the largest customers; this role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Executive will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement and communicate brand plans, programs and promotions
  • Monitor and control key initiative including budgets, forecasts and KPIs to achieve sales goals
  • Project Management including advertising, promotions, events and POS Development
  • Develop creative briefs, managing agency partners to deliver final concepts to support business initiatives

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Consumer package goods marketing
  • Knowledge of brand, product marketing including the principles and the four P's
  • Ability to plan, execute and evaluate multiple projects
  • Experience implementing and analysing data from a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Development of promotional concepts, providing direction, creative briefings, and appropriate levels of meaningful feedback
  • Experience with budget management and supplier negotiation
  • Understanding of key principles of Digital Marketing
  • Able to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans to support strategy
  • Basic understanding of copy and artwork creation and review
  • Competent in mathematical calculations, formulas, and basic statistics.
  • Proficient Internet/Intranet use, MS office applications, mobile applications, etc. ideal if also has some working knowledge of Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Master Control
