Business Development Consultant

Home and Field based – South UK

Base salary: Negotiable

A well-established employer is seeking a Business Development Consultant to maintain existing accounts as well as win new ones across the South UK territory.

 

Duties will include:

  • New business development and key account management
  • Identifying, establishing and creating opportunities

 

Required from you:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a Business Development role
  • Consultative approach to new business development
  • Able to travel and stay away during the week
  • Aptitude to think on one's feet and react swiftly and favourably to circumstances as they arise
  • Full, clean driving license

  Scheduling Support Coordinator Primary objective of this position: To schedule and administer internal and third party technicians in the successful delivery of service and installation tasks for our clients’ customers.  To provide full administration support to the Technical Support Area. Principal Accountabilities:            To ensure that support enquiries are handled quickly and proactively via telephone or email To ensure that service and installation activities are delivered to all customers in an effective and efficient manner and that high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved To ensure that field engineering resources are used effectively and efficiently To develop strong and effective working relationships with the Technical Support, Project Management and Field Engineering teams To ensure that all service and support related documentation and electronic files are kept up to date and accurate Education/Qualifications:             ‘A’ Level qualifications as a minimum MS Office level, Excel to advance level Functional competencies:            Excellent organisational, planning and administration skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Accuracy in work and attention to detail Have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with a strong determination to solve problems and resolve queries Have a positive and friendly telephone manner Be confident and resilient with the ability to deal with conflict and difficult people Strong knowledge and capability with Microsoft Office packages and good general computer skills Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is not always possible to get back to you within 24 hours.
