Inbound Customer Service Agent

Corby

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, some late shifts 10.30am - 7pm and every other Saturday (10am - 4pm)

Salary: £19,500

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Servicing Agent to join their friendly team. After the probation period of 3 months has passed, staff are eligible to be part of the company bonus scheme, which can equate to up to £3,600 per annum.

The role comes with 25 days annual leave but 8 bank holiday days. After passing probation, staff are eligible to have private medical cover, with the option of adding their loved ones to their policy (they would take on the extra cost)

Main responsibilities of an Inbound Customer Service Agent:

  • Answer inbound calls across all insurance brands within our SLAs (Less than 25 seconds)
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Prioritise any call backs and take accurate messages where appropriate
  • Input all data accurately
  • Process MTAs and cancellations
  • Identify, deal with, and escalate complaints where necessary
  • Update complaints database accurately
  • Assist the admin team with day to day duties

Skills and experience for an Inbound Customer Service Agent:

  • Have extensive knowledge of all policies across all insurance brands we service
  • Have a good knowledge of FCA
  • Be knowledgeable about complaints process for FCA regulated products
  • Operate dialler system to take/make calls
  • Have empathy with clients during upsetting times
  • Be a team player
  • Be Punctual
